Up to now, more than one hundred million yuan has been invested on the Park in all and the seven utilities and land filling projects have been accomplished. The "seven utilities" means power, water, sewage, telecommunication, roads, green land and gas. The "land filling" means flat land. Owing to the preceding superior location and perfect basic infrastructures, a lot of home and foreign projects have entered the Park. The development pattern of the Park is quite flexible, which has land using right transfer as the main means and workshop lease, purchase after lease, cooperative use, cooperative development and sale after agent construction as supplement. All is for the profit of investors and multicomponent development is carried through.
