4Power:
Power supply planning: power station of 35KV, built at the central
part of the Part, with main variable capacity of 2*20MV. Power grid
planning: 10KV power cables, sourced from 35KV Station, Carry the
power along the north-south artery to power stations of 20KV, through
which power of 380/220V is brought to every user nearby via circular
low voltage cables.
4Water: Water in the Park
is mainly supplied by Jiuting Town Water Plant. By increasing the
supply capacity, water need can get satisfied in the Park. To ensure
safe water supply and urgent use in accidents, the water supply pipes
are installed in circular shape.
4Sewage:
The placement of sewage pipes are in twig-like shape, and sewage
is discharged into main sewage pipes under the north-east artery,
which will be treated in the sewage plant in the northeast part of
Songjiang. Sewage pipes are buried either east or south to the central
line of the main roads. Along the north-south artery stand a couple
of sewage pumps.
4Telecommunication: With
great support by Jiuting Town Telecommunication Bureau, via Shanghai-Songjiang
Highway, the telecommunication cables are connected to each user along
the north-south artery.
4Roads: Road network inside
the Park is mainly divided into two classes, one is the arteries,
and the other auxiliary roads. There are 3 arteries in the Park with
the width between road red lines of 32 meters and 24 meters respectively.
The other roads under planning are auxiliary roads with width between
red lines of 16 meters.
4Green land: Green land
mainly runs along the roads and rivers in belt-shape.
4Gas: Urban gas pipes are
connected to the Park.
